Delivery and warranty terms

Product delivery:

In-stock products are delivered within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. Custom-made products are delivered within 4-9 business days, depending on availability.

Products are paid for when ordering. If payment is not successful when ordering, please contact customer service by email: info@moottoritekniikka.fi. We will be happy to help with all matters related to orders.

Warranty:

Our products have a one (1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the products or 20,000km.

Turbochargers:

To maintain the warranty on turbochargers, it is necessary to ensure that the turbocharger is properly lubricated and free of any freezing. When replacing the turbocharger, the engine oil and filter must be replaced, the engine air filter and the intake and exhaust pipes must be checked for possible leaks and/or blockages. If necessary, repair them before using the new turbocharger.

Some electrically controlled superchargers require adjustments using a diagnostic tool.

Fuel injectors:

To maintain the warranty on the injectors, make sure that the fuel lines are clean and replace them if necessary if there is reason to suspect that something extra has entered the system that cannot be cleaned with certainty. Replace the fuel filter and program the new injectors with the codes provided with the diagnostic tool.

In addition, it is important to determine the cause of the failure of the old part(s) before ordering and installing new parts to avoid the same problem in the future.

Some of our products are refurbished and tested parts, the parts may have external marks that do not affect the functionality of the product, if you suspect that the product has inappropriate wear or marks, please contact our customer service by email: info@moottoritekniikka.fi, before installing the part, attach a few pictures of the product to the email so we can determine whether the part is potentially defective. The warranty does not always cover parts that have been installed despite the fact that the part was suspected to be defective before installation.
